By participating in our workshop, you understand that 28MM Studios will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of personal belongings during your time in our studio, and acknowledge the risks of working in a silversmithing workshop. With that being said, rest assured that you will be in safe hands under our instructors' close guidance. 

✴︎ 28MM Studios has a strictly no cancellation or refund policy. 

✴︎ Cancellation requests will not be entertained at all, regardless of circumstances.

✴︎ We allow participant swapping should the original participant be unable to attend the workshop, but the studio will need to be informed beforehand.

✴︎ We kindly request at least 7 days’ notice for any rescheduling.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within one month of the original booking.
A $10 administrative fee applies for each reschedule.

✴︎ Requests made less than 7 days before the session will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

✴︎ Requests made less than 48 hours cannot be accommodated, regardless of circumstances.

✴︎ If your rescheduling request is approved, please refer to our class schedule and inform us of your desired date. If we do not hear from you, it will be assumed that you will be sticking with your original slot.

No-shows are considered as attended and the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Out of respect for our instructors’ time and other participants, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early.

If you arrive late, your workshop will still end at the scheduled time.

Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will be unable to admit you into the session, and the session will be considered a no-show.

This is to ensure the safety, flow, and quality of the workshop experience for all participants.

During our workshops, we may take photos and videos to capture the experience and for promotional use. By booking a session, you acknowledge this and can opt out by letting us know before your session begins.
