Our instructors are dedicated silversmiths with over 30 years of industry experience. They previously ran a successful retail business focused on sterling silver and stainless steel, providing them with a deep understanding of these materials.
Passionate about their craft, they are eager to share their knowledge and make silversmithing accessible to everyone in the community. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your techniques, you can trust that you’ll be learning from the best!
We pride ourselves on creating a fun and stress-free environment for all participants to experience silversmithing, without compromising the quality of your finished products.
1. Quality-Focused Workshops Our studio is designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll enjoy crafting your rings at individual workstations equipped with personalized tools and machinery in an aesthetically pleasing setting.
2. Personalised Attention With a low student-to-instructor ratio (1 instructor for every 1-2 participants), our workshops are capped at 4-6 participants. This ensures you receive close guidance from our experienced and friendly instructors throughout your experience.
3. Thoughtful Touches We understand that many of our customers are celebrating special occasions, so we go the extra mile to make your experience memorable. While we don’t advertise these value-added services, you’ll discover delightful surprises that enhance your experience.
4. Post-Workshop Support You’ll leave our studio with a beautifully crafted ring, perfectly fitted and polished. If you ever need adjustments or additional polishing, simply reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
The prices of our classes are as reflected on the site. What you see is what you will pay, and if there are any other specifications that require topping up (eg. thicker ring bands), it will most definitely be stated as well.
We believe in transparency with our pricing, so you can be assured that there are zero hidden costs.

We currently operate by appointment only, so we don’t accept walk-ins. To secure your spot, please make an appointment through our booking portal.
Our studio can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests at a time, so yes, you can absolutely host a special event with us, whether it’s for corporate team events, birthday parties, bridal showers or just a fun activity to do with your friends.

We completely understand how excited you are to wear your new creations! Yes, you will be able to take your rings home at the end of your session.
Yes, we do offer classes in Mandarin! However, do let us know in advance so we can arrange for our instructor who is fluent in Mandarin to assist you.

While we offer a variety of fixed designs for selection, we’re happy to consider custom designs on a case-by-case basis.
Please message us before your session with more details about your idea—pictures would be especially helpful! This way, we can advise you on its feasibility and prepare the necessary materials. We look forward to helping you bring your vision to life!
No need to worry about bringing much! Just come dressed comfortably, and if you tend to get cold easily, we recommend bringing a jacket. For those with long hair, please bring a hair tie, as we'll need everyone to secure their hair when using certain machines.
Absolutely, you can! Our instructors are here to guide you through the entire process, ensuring you have the support you need to complete crafting multiple items during your session.
Absolutely! We offer complimentary engraving services for all workshop attendees. We’ll share more details during your workshop, so you can personalise your ring just the way you like it.
Not to worry, our cats will not be in the studio during your workshops, as the loud sounds from the machinery can be stressful for them.
For our fellow cat lovers, our furry friends are only in the studio about 10% of the time. If you’re lucky, you might get a chance to meet them, but we can’t make any promises!
Studio Policies
To reschedule your class, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. The new date must be within one month of your original booking. There will be an administrative fee of $10 for each rescheduling request.
• Requests made with less than one week’s notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Requests made with less than three days’ notice cannot be accommodated, regardless of the circumstances.
If your rescheduling request is granted, please check our class schedule and let us know your preferred date by reaching out to us on WhatsApp. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you wish to keep your original slot.
We kindly request at least one week’s notice for any rescheduling requests to give us sufficient time to find a replacement for your slot.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made less than three days before your workshop, as your slots will remain unfilled if you do not show up.

At 28MM Studios, we have a strict no cancellation or refund policy. Unfortunately, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
However, if the original participant is unable to attend, we do allow participant swapping. Just make sure to inform us in advance so we can update our records accordingly.
To ensure you have the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early. Punctuality is essential, as we run back-to-back sessions and want all participants to start on time.
If you do arrive late, please note that your workshop will still end at the scheduled time. To maintain the flow of the session, our studio reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this helps us provide a great experience for everyone.
No-shows are considered as attended and the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Post-Workshop
Yes, it's perfectly fine for your rings to come into contact with soap and water! Our rings are suitable for daily wear, and you can wear them while washing your hands and showering. If your ring becomes oily, simply rinse it with soap and water to clean it.
In fact, we encourage our customers to wear their rings all the time as frequently taking your ring off will increase the chance of you losing it.
Yes, we do offer resizing and alteration services for a fee of $20. Please note that this fee applies only to customers who need alterations after leaving our studio.
However, we want to assure you that we will do our best to ensure you get the perfect fit for your rings during your classes!
Over time, your rings may tarnish from exposure to sunlight and grease. You may purchase a bottle of silver dip online or use a silver polishing cloth to wipe your ring.
If that doesn't work, you may contact us and we can arrange a time for you to drop by our studio for polishing.
We’re sorry to hear about your lost ring! The good news is that we can help you replicate it. Here’s how the process works:
1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us on WhatsApp and let us know the date of your workshop.
2. Design Confirmation: We’ll review our records and confirm the design with you before crafting the replica piece.
3. Price: The cost will depend on the width of the band you select, ranging from $79 to $89, inclusive of mailing fees. If you prefer to collect your ring in-store, we can also schedule a convenient time for you to drop by.
Please note that there will be a lead time of 2-3 days to craft the replica piece.
Special Requests
Yes, we do offer laser engraving services for special symbols, logos, and fonts! Please note that there will be additional charges based on the complexity of the engraving.
There is a lead time of 3-4 days, and you’ll be able to pick up your item from our studio once they’re ready.
