28MM uses a range of shipping methods and the costs are as follows:
Singapore
- SGD 3.50 for registered mailing within Singapore (1-3 working days)
- Free shipping for orders above SGD 60.
- We typically ship your parcels out within 1-2 days from the order date.
Malaysia
- RM20 for shipping to Malaysia.
- Free shipping for orders above RM220.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-12 days.
Countries in Asia (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand)
- SGD 10 for shipping to countries within Asia, except Australia, Japan & New Zealand.
- Free shipping for orders above SGD 90.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks depending on destination.
Rest of The World (Including Australia, Japan, New Zealand)
- SGD 13 flat rate shipping to all other countries.
- Free shipping for orders above SGD 100.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks depending on destination.
LOST/MISSING ORDERS
28MM will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities and 28MM will not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Kindly ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct (and complete — don't forget your unit numbers) before confirming your order. This will prevent complications and delays throughout the shipping process, and you will be able to receive your orders promptly. However, if a mistake was done on our part, exchanges for your correct order will be done immediately.
MADE TO ORDER
Most, if not all, of our 28MM pieces are made to order for each customer. We also take customised length and name requests.
Any items that are listed as “in stock” on the website will be delivered to you within 5 working days for local orders and 1-2 weeks for international orders.
